A3 is a 730 square foot one-bedroom condo located at the base of Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado.

The Black Canyon Creek winds through our property feeding our man made pond with the back drop of an Aspen grove. While sitting out on your front patio, you may see some area wildlife meander through and stop for a drink or splash in the pond.

Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn. Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready!

As evening winds down, you may find yourself in front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room enjoying a good book or a glass of wine.

Your fullly stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals.

Also you will find, in your large master bath, a glass enclosed stand-up shower and a two-person jetted tub. Then prepare for a good night's sleep in the comfy king sized bed in your master bedroom.

Also, just a short walk from your door, we have a seasonal, outdoor heated pool! We have many activities listed on our website to help in the success of planning your vacation to the Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado.

    What a treat to have the wildlife walk right up to the porch. A herd of 9 male elk grazed around the pond for over 2 hours. We were mesmerized. The geese waddled around and about the whole stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Next time we will.

    We loved everything about are stay at Black Canyon. The location was perfect for all of the activities we did. It was quite and peaceful,yet close to everything.     We went here for a wedding in November, and it was so beautiful there. It had snowed the night before leaving a 4-5" of snow. The mountains around looked amazing. This was like a winter wonderland. The Cabin was very roomy and made us wish we stayed longer! We loved the big windows so you could sit by the fire place and just watch the snow falling. The location was quite. We saw an elk walk right past our cabin! There was deer wondering around the property. We felt so at home there it was an unbelievable experience!

    Our corporation has meetings in Estes park about every 3 years at the Stanley Hotel and it's by accident that I discovered the Black Canyon Inn. Just over the hill, out of the way of main traffic the place is ideally located. The vistas are phenomenal and the condition is excellent. The price is comparible to other resorts in the area, and the stanley is just a 10 minute walk around the mountain. Downtown is a 20 minute walk. I would highly recommend for the travelers who want to get slightly off the beaten path but still be close enough to take in all the action.
