A new king size mattress in the bedroom and a new sofa bed mattress installed in late 2024!

A2 is a 730 square foot one-bedroom condo located at the base of Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado.

The Black Canyon Creek winds through our property feeding our gorgeous pond with the backdrop of an aspen grove. While sitting out on your entry patio, you may see some area wildlife meander through and stop for a drink or splash in the pond.

Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn. Keep your eyes open and cameras ready!

As evening winds down, you may find yourself relaxing in front of the stone-faced gas fireplace in the living room enjoying a good book or a glass of wine.

Your stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals.

The large master bath offers a glass-enclosed stand-up shower and a separate two-person jetted tub. Prepare for a good night's sleep in the comfy king-sized bed in your master bedroom.

This condo is just a short walk from our seasonal outdoor heated pool!

- You have access to 1 Designated parking spot
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- No Pets
- Check-in is at 4:00 pm, no early check-in is guaranteed
- Check-out 10:00 am
- Quiet Hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. NO IN ROOM PARTIES PERMITTED
- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
