This Condo is a dream to rent and a pleasure to enjoy. Come out and stay at one of the premier Condos at Black Canyon Inn. A4 is a newly remodeled 730 square foot one-bedroom condo located at the base of Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. From your balcony, you’ll notice to your immediate left the 14,000 foot Longs Peak, the aspen pines in front of you and a majestic pond, graced by a picturesque bridge to the island in the middle. In the background, you'll see a winding stream with the calming feeling and sound of tranquility.

During the day, depending on the time of year, you may spot elk, deer, bears, hummingbirds, moose, and other wildlife around the pond and across the property.

In the evening, relax with a glass of wine on your balcony or in front of the stone-faced gas fireplace in the living room. A new dining table with 4 incredibly comfortable chairs, a new sofa, and a love seat with an upgraded queen memory foam mattress for the sleeper sofa will have you enjoying your time inside as much as the views outside.

The kitchen was redone with granite counters, a stone backsplash, new GE appliances, microwave, and refrigerator.

The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-sized aspen log bed, nightstands, chest, and writing desk. A new 42" flat screen T.V. is mounted on the wall above the chest for easy viewing from the comfort of the bed.

An amazing transformation will await you when you walk into the bathroom that has travertine tile on the floor and granite surrounding the huge jetted tub. A spacious stand-alone shower with new tile rounds out this beautiful master bath.
