B 3 is a beautifully decorated 1000 square foot two-bedroom condo located at the base of Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. From your balcony and living room, enjoy picturesque views of Longs Peak, an aspen grove, and a tranquil pond and bridge leading to a small island.

This recently remodeled condo boasts an antler chandelier in the entryway and unique artwork, most by Colorado artisans. The spacious kitchen has newer full-sized appliances and is fully stocked with spices, cutlery, cookware, glassware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a crock pot.

Relax by the stone-faced fireplace in the living room on the leather La-Z-Boy queen sleeper sofa and rocker/recliner and enjoy listening to soothing CDs or watching the 50” flat screen TV.

Enjoy a seat at the table and chairs on the balcony, breathe the crisp mountain air, take in the views, and watch for wildlife. Elk, deer, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen at the pond and on the grounds. Keep your eyes open and cameras ready!

- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
