C4 is a 730 square foot one-bedroom condo centrally located within Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. This pristine location offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, Lumpy Ridge, and the famous Twin Owls rock formation.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

Take in the beautiful view from your front deck or curl up with a good book beside the stone-faced gas fireplace in your cozy living room.

The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare your meals and enjoy your morning coffee. Groceries are conveniently located nearby along with many restaurants for a fine dining experience.

Not far from your front door, we have a seasonal outdoor heated pool for some fun in the sun.

And as night draws near, you will find a comfy, king-sized bed in your master bedroom to sink into. And your master bath has a two-person jetted tub!

- You have access to 1 Designated parking spot

- Check-in is at 4:00 pm, no early check-in is guaranteed

- Quiet Hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. NO IN ROOM PARTIES PERMITTED
- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
