C3 is a 900 square foot two-bedroom condo centrally located within Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. This pristine location offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, Lumpy Ridge and the famous Twin Owls rock formation.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

As evening winds down, you may find yourself in front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room enjoying a good book or taking in the view from one of your two balconies.

Your fully-stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. If you prefer to eat out, downtown Estes Park is just a short walk away where you will find plenty of quality shops and restaurants.

Relax in a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The large master bath not only has a glass-enclosed shower but also a two person jetted tub.

This condo does have a washer/dryer in the master suite for your convenience. The second bedroom, with its own private entrance, has been newly furnished with two queen-sized beds and also has its own full bathroom.

You will also find a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests wanting to enjoy this beautiful mountain getaway.

- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
