F10 is a 1,118 square foot two-bedroom condo located in our ten condo complex at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. The unique setup offers a variety of views from this vacation rental complex.

From the dining room windows, you see the magnificent Longs Peak. With an open floor plan, views are enjoyed from the kitchen and living room, too.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The views overlook the hillside. You can relax in the two-person jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa. The second bedroom offers panoramic views. The second bathroom is a 3/4 bath.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the slopping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

F10 has an air-conditioner in the living room, and a sleeper sofa. Your bedrooms and living room also have ceiling fans.

Your fully-stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full-size appliances and cookware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware and more.

When sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy a bbq, cocktails, or simply the beauty that surrounds you. It is a great choice for two couples or a family entertaining.

F10 provides the setting, and you create the memories! The condos at Black Canyon Inn are individually-owned and are available ALL YEAR. You may book now or call to make your advance lodging reservation at Black Canyon Inn.

- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
