F03 is a 1,500 square foot three-bedroom condo located in our ten condo complex at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. The unique building design offers a variety of views from this vacation rental complex.

As you gaze out of your living room window, the cattle ranch of MacGregor Ranch lies beneath Rocky Mountain National Park's Lumpy Ridge. This working cattle ranch was founded in 1873 by Alexander and Clara MacGregor. Today, this working cattle ranch is also an educational center. The Muriel L. MacGregor Trust Fund was organized in 1978 and offers an insight to the history of Estes Valley.

The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park offer a variety of outdoor activities. No matter your choice, you will have a seasonal outdoor heated pool to enjoy and you can soothe those muscles in the two-person jetted tub in the master bath of your vacation rental condo.

Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

In the evening, relax in front of the stone-faced, gas fireplace in the living room and curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie.

Your fully-stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals.

Safeway Grocery is located around the corner from the Black Canyon Inn, for your shopping convenience.
