F05 is a 1,222 square foot two-bedroom condo located in our ten condo complex at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado.

As you gaze northwest from your living room window, the cattle ranch of MacGregor Ranch lies beneath Rocky Mountain National Park's Lumpy Ridge. MacGregor Ranch was founded in 1873 by Alexander and Clara MacGregor. Today, this working cattle ranch is also an educational center. The Muriel L. MacGregor Trust Fund was organized in 1978 and offers an insight into the history of Estes Valley.

The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park offer a variety of outdoor activities. No matter your choice, you will have a seasonal outdoor heated pool to enjoy and a two-person jetted tub in the master bath of your vacation rental condo to help soothe your muscles.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

As evening winds down, relax in front of the stone gas fireplace in the living room or step out onto a fantastic balcony. What a view!

Your fully-stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals -- the only thing you are responsible for is stocking your own food and beverage items. Safeway Grocery is located just around the corner from us.

No matter the reason for your visit, Black Canyon Inn provides the setting, and you create the memories! The condos at Black Canyon Inn are individually-owned and are available ALL YEAR. You may book now or call to make your advance lodging reservation at Black Canyon Inn.

- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
