F07 is a 730 square foot luxury and modern one-bedroom condo centrally located within Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. This pristine location offers panoramic views of Rocky Mountain National Park's Lumpy Ridge and the Twin Owls rock formation.

Upon entry to F07, you will find a very spacious kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, fully stocked with more than enough dishes, glassware, and cookware to prepare your meals. This kitchen has all new appliances, seating at the bar-style counter and also a bistro table and chairs.

Enjoy the new carpeting as you enter the spacious living room with a gas fireplace, over-sized couch, and two comfortable end chairs. You can also enjoy your beverage and take in the amazing view from your private balcony.

As night falls, get ready for a good night's sleep in your very comfortable king-sized bed.

The master bath offers a two-person jetted tub and a glass-enclosed shower with all the modern amenities. F07 also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
