H2 is a spacious 1,157 square foot two-bedroom condo at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. The unique setup of this vacation rental offers guests the option to also rent the one-bedroom condo downstairs from this unit to have a full three-bedroom with the internal staircase that can be unlocked for guests that need the extra room.

Enjoy views of our special granite boulder formations surrounding our property. With an open floor plan and large windows, there is a lot of natural light. The bright living area is complete with a stone-faced gas fireplace and comfortable seating. On warmer days, the unit does have ceiling fans to keep the air circulating.

Each of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The living area has a full-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate children.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

Your fully-stocked kitchen is open to the living area and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full-sized appliances and cookware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and more.

When rented alone, this condo is best-suited for four adults and three children. When rented as a three-bedroom, the occupancy is 6 adults and three children.

The condos at Black Canyon Inn are individually-owned and are available ALL YEAR. You may book now or call to make your advance lodging reservation at Black Canyon Inn.

- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
- If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event
