ABOUT H2. H2 is a spacious 1,157 square foot two-bedroom condo at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. The unique setup of this vacation rental offers guests the option to also rent the one-bedroom condo downstairs from this unit to have a full three-bedroom with the internal staircase that can be unlocked for guests that need the extra room.

Enjoy views of our special granite boulder formations surrounding our property. With an open floor plan and large windows, there is a lot of natural light. The bright living area is complete with a stone-faced gas fireplace and comfortable seating. On warmer days, the unit does have ceiling fans to keep the air circulating.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the large master bath has a glass-enclosed shower

The second bedroom has its own entrance, and two bunk beds with extra-long twin mattresses, so its sleeps 4 adults.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

Your fully-stocked kitchen is open to the living area and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full-sized appliances and cookware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and more.

When rented alone, this condo is best-suited for six adults and two children. When rented as a three-bedroom, the occupancy is 8 adults and three children.
