ABOUT H3
H3 is a 1,325 square foot two-bedroom condo located in our new H Building at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. H3's location affords its guests the north-facing majestic views of Lumpy Ridge and MacGregor Ranch.

H3 boasts open floor plan where views are enjoyed from the kitchen and living room and has a lot of natural light.

The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. You can relax in the two-person jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom is on the second level. Also on this level is a second full bath and a sleeping loft that has been furnished with bunk beds and a twin sleeper sofa. The upper balcony is located off of this second bedroom. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the favorite view on the property from this private area.

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready! Elk, marmots, bobcats, hummingbirds, and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

Your fully stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full-sized appliances and cookware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and more.

H3 provides the setting, and you create the memories! The condos at Black Canyon Inn are individually-owned and are available ALL YEAR. You may book now or call to make your advance lodging reservation at Black Canyon Inn.

- Quiet Hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. NO IN ROOM PARTIES PERMITTED
- No Marijuana is permitted on property
- 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in
- Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property
- We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance
- Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process
