- Capacity for up to 100 guests seated or 130 guests cocktail-style
- Day-of venue coordinator included
- Access to the space 2 hours prior to the event for decorating
- Event furniture including mahogany chivari chairs, dining tables, and cocktail tables
- Table linens, napkins, and cocktail table sashes in select color options
- Plateware, Glassware, and Silverware
- Custom event floorplan creation
Catering Flexibility:
The Homestead venue offers couples the flexibility to bring in a licensed full-service caterer of their choice. Our team will provide a list of approved caterers along with catering requirements to help guide your planning. All caterers must provide full-service staffing for the event. Drop-off catering and food trucks are not permitted.
Booking Details:
Rehearsal dinners at The Homestead are available to book within six months of your event date.
