Black Canyon Inn, rich in its Estes Park history, is the premier location for your destination wedding. In 1929, the beautiful log structure at the center of our property was built. As the original homestead for the Wayne Stacey family, it remained as their home for over three decades.
The rustic charm of this beautiful log cabin combined with the cracking of fireplaces and lovely mountain atmosphere, make The Homestead a perfect venue for a Colorado Rocky Mountain wedding.
Your Event Will include
⦁ 6.5 hours of event time for ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
⦁ Decorating access time starting at 10am on the day of the event
⦁ 1 Hour of Pond (on property) access for photography
⦁ Venue space for up to 100 guests
⦁ Ceremony site: The Wedding Pavilion, Cocktail Hour site: The Lawn or the Bar in the Homestead Cabin, Reception Site: The Homestead Cabin
⦁ Event furniture including fruitwood folding ceremony chairs, mahogany chivari reception chairs with ivory cushions, white banquet folding tables (requiring linens), and cocktail tables
⦁ Custom Floorplans & setup of tables/chairs/linens in the space by Black Canyon Staff
⦁ Choice of linen and napkin colors
⦁ Place settings includes: white china plateware, silver silverware, and clear glass stemware
⦁ Staffing includes: Day of Coordinator, Banquet Captain and Bartender Staff
⦁ Flexible outside catering options for you to select an approved, full-service caterer that aligns with your wedding day vision
⦁ Ceremony Rehearsal – scheduled with your Day of Coordinator
⦁ Walkthrough Planning Meeting (in person or virtual) with your Day of Coordinator
